Job Description
We are looking for a result-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to assist in the advertising and selling of our company's products and to create competitive advantages for our company in the market industry. We are looking for passionate and trustworthy people to help us build up our business activities and rapidly grow our customer base in Greece / EMEA region. Position Responsibilities

  • Provide consulting and actions on sales optimization of BON’s services and tools
  • Implementing new sales plans and advertising
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, visits and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients
  • Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Participate in exhibitions, conferences, webinars, forums
  • Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market
  • Negotiate/close deals
  • Establish and maintain long-term client business relationships
  • Generate new business opportunities
  • Identify industry decision makers and build relationships
  • Develop and establish partnerships with third party companies
  • Desired Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 years' experience in marketing or sales
  • At least 3-5 years experience on the online travel and hotel industry
  • Applicants must have advanced knowledge on OTAs, B2B, Channel Manager & PMS
  • Proven knowledge and experience on Hotel Revenue Optimization and Yielding
  • Proficiency in English (additional languages will be taken as a plus)
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close deals
  • Knowledge of data analysis and report writing
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, ability to engage at different levels
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, goal oriented and results driven.
